Have you got the balls to take on the great outdoors? Freefall into plunge pools, get soaked exploring massive waterfalls and fight your fear of heights. If you haven't it's time you moved on to the next activity, if you have however....

You'll then have a safety brief with the instructors, what to do in emergencies, what not to do, how to jump into deep pools safely and so on.

It's then time to take on the canyon of Pontneddfechan, try saying that after the night before!

Expect caves, waterfalls, traversing across sheer rock faces and huge jumps going up to around 60ft - forget man-scaping, take on the landscape man.

This is a fantastic stag party activity a brilliant way to break the weekend up.
